Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account or associated data, email support@meridiandevelopment.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

You can request any of the following:

• Full account deletion: your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from Meridian's servers.

• Selective data deletion: you can request deletion of specific data types, including campsite data, track data, or both.

We will action your request within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.

A note on offline data

Meridian stores a local copy of your data on your device to support offline use. After your server-side deletion request has been actioned, this local copy may still exist on your device. If the app is opened while online, any data remaining on the device may attempt to re-sync.

To prevent this, delete the app from your device once your request has been confirmed, or manually remove the relevant data from within the app beforehand.
